This 4-day course provides teens with critical communication skills that will help them succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Day 1: Communication Essentials in the Workplace - Communication is the cornerstone of success for any business-minded person. Students will learn about the different styles of communication and how to successfully adapt your message to for maximum impact.

Day 2: Technical Writing for Success - Make sure your written message has just as much impact as your spoken word. This day will focus on practical tips and recommendations on how to effectively organize our message and how to tailor your writing to different audiences.

Day 3: Presentation and Public Speaking - It's not enough to just have strong communication one-on-one, you need to be able to present your information with impact. This day's focus will teach you how to organize your message and tailor it to your targeted audience.

Day 4: Persuading with Power - What can you do when you need to get your audience to listen to you, but they aren't willing – or have all the authority and don't have to? This is when powerful persuasion techniques will save the day. This day will teach you how to eliminate the six common self-created barriers to influence success.
